Definition of the kidney:
In a word, the kidneys act as filters in our bodies. The kidneys are
Two. These kidneys are located on either side of the spinal cord. The blood constantly flows with this kidney. The kidneys clean the blood and filter it. The kidneys excrete the toxins of the blood with the urine. And sends back again the clean blood.
The kidneys also regulate body fluids. The kidneys excrete about 2 litres of urine per day from the body of a healthy person and the toxins of the body excrete with the urine. Other functions of the kidneys include helping to make red blood cells and preventing red blood cells and blood proteins from being excreted from the body.
When does the device fail?
No matter what the device is or why it is built for, it sometimes fails or at some point, its performance declines.
The same applies to the organs of our body. At a certain age, the flow of the body's waste disposal machinery, especially the intestine, skin, kidneys, lungs, etc. performances are decreased. When the lungs do not work properly, respiratory problems and respiratory diseases occur. When there is a disturbance in the intestine or if the performance of the intestine is reduced, the work of the digestive system is hampered and indigestion occurred. The happiness of eating and drinking is lost. When the skin is affected, personality and beauty begin to be lost. Similarly, if the kidneys are damaged or the performance of the kidneys is reduced, the body has the most problems in getting the most waste out. But the more conscious we are about the stomach, the skin, the lungs, the more indifferent we are about the kidneys. What we don't know is that when this important organ fails, the liver, lungs, heart, and brain are almost all affected.
