How to keep your body healthy?

Health is the name of keeping the body healthy. If you want to keep your body healthy, you need to follow proper rules and eat foods that are good for your health. Different contaminating germs enter the human body in various ways and cause diseases. And for that the body becomes sick and the body does not stay strong and fresh. This is why people become weak and short-lived. Therefore, the rules that must be followed for health care and different diets are being discussed now.

=> To keep the body healthy, taking some time in an empty place every morning and evening and taking fresh air is especially beneficial for the body. You have to wake up very early, that is, before sunrise. You should not sleep more than eight hours every day. Sleep is more or less harmful to health. Sleeping in the daytime should be abandoned.


=> There should be plenty of light and air in the house where you live. Light and air are always essential for human beings. The surroundings of the house should be kept clean so that the air is not polluted. Do not live in a room without light and air, it can be attacked by various diseases. Clothing, bedding and utensils should be kept clean. The mind will always be cheerful.

=> Need at least half an hour rest after lunch. It is not advisable to fall asleep immediately after eating at night. You should go to bed between nine and ten o'clock at night. Need to walk a bit after dinner.


=> Should bathe every day. If there is any disorder, even if you don't take a bath, it will work.


=> Physical work is good for the body. However, it is not good to work for more than seven or eight hours. hard work requires food and rest. Those who do more mental work should get some rest regularly. For example, running or walking in an open space, swimming, etc. Appropriate exercise is to be done in adolescence and youth. However, it is harmful to exercise in old age, i.e. after the age of forty. Walking or hangout at this age is the best exercise.

=>  Immorality, excessive anxiety, night awakening, alcohol, smoking, Chewing tobacco, betel leaf(Paan) etc. are extremely harmful to the body.


=> There needs to be a motion in the morning and evening. In fact, it is important to have a clean motion once a day. If there is constipation, then need to be eaten that foods that clean the motion, such as fruits, vegetables, wood apple, etc., food makes suitable stool. You have to eat those foods. Regular laxatives should not be used.


=> Drinking water should be clean and pure. The container of water should always be covered properly.


=> Keep the mind at ease at all times. There is no need to be upset. It harms the body. That's why we need to spend some time every day playing sports, playing music, talking to friends.

=> Sometimes fasting for a day or two or eating light meals is very beneficial. It is better to eat at a certain time every day. Irregular eating is bad enough for the body.


=> The amount of food must be reduced in old age. If you eat heavy or unhealthy food at that age, you will get diabetes or blood pressure.
